My Beloved Poutine

Yesterday, getting stuck in traffic for an hour and a half was very much worth the trouble because it means being able to share this wonderfully typical Quebec meal with my best friend before watching the return of our favorite television show Lost.

You should really consider selling this picture to whichever restaurant you went… it’s an amazing picture of their product!

Other than that, it looks tasty and delicious! Is it from Prévost? :)

@ Charb: Thank you for the comment my friend. It is actually from a restaurant in Prévost we call ‘Jean la Patate’. Very yummy indeed.
