The other day I went with Andrea to a store.  I think it was Wal-Mart but that isn’t important.  We were looking at hats, because I needed a new one and we walked by the “hat section” a few times, looking very carefully at some of the hats.  I decided to move on and look at something else.  Well, a little while later, I wanted to go look at the hats again and we walked into the hat section and Andrea goes, “Were those hats there before?”  Well, of course they were, they didn’t just magically appear out of no where.  Then she said, “Well, then I’m not very optimist.”  I told her that wasn’t the word she was looking for and she said “optimistic.”  I told her that it meant the same thing as optimist, and she still wasn’t using the right word.  I let it drop.

Two days ago, my mom, Andrea, and myself were sitting at the kitchen table, eating.  Andrea tells everyone that she thinks that miraculous means boring.  Really, I did not know that.  Nice to know.

Sometimes I just have to wonder if she really is related to me.  I’m still holding out hope that I’m adopted.  Really, I wish I was.
