Awesome Josh

I’m awesomeness in a can.

What I’m doing and where I’ve been

with one comment

Well, if anything, posting around here has been sparse for a bit.  I apologize.  It seems that I’ve hit a road block to some extent.  I mean, I have plenty of things to write about, but when I go to write about them it all comes out like crap.  There are a lot of bloggers taking breaks or feeling the same way as I have.  I guess it’s just that time of year.

But while I’ve been not blogging, I have, at least, been doing something productive.  Here’s a preview:

Now, I’ve been working hard on this and taking my time, so we’ll see how it turns out.  It might change completely from the preview, but I’m going to try and not have design ADD and keep it going on the same basic theme.  That’s all you get.

After finding out that my dad had a tumor on both his spine and his chest, I’ve been hanging out more with the family.  I guess you could say that it’s related to that, but it also might have to do with the weather.  Anyway, posting will definitely be sparse later this week because my dad is having surgery for the tumor on his spine on Wednesday.  Then, on Friday, is Andrea’s birthday.

Speaking of Andrea’s birthday…she’s going to be 15.  That’s just crazy.  It seems like yesterday that we brought her home from the hospital.  Maybe it’s because I missed two years of her life practically.  Well, who knows, but now I feel old.  I remember what it was like to be 15.  I wasn’t exactly the happiest kid around.  My grandma had just died and that hit me like a few tons of bricks.  But I also remember that I was happy because I could almost get my permit, and that meant that I could almost get my license.  Well, either way, I feel old.  Especially when I think about my youngest sister, she’s going to be 13 this year.  Nicole certainly doesn’t act like a 13 year old, she acts like a very spoiled, immature 30 year old.

Anyway, I’ll be working on that design for probably another day, and I’ll also be finishing up that site, then I have another surprise design to work on!  That will be awesome.
