Eleven crew members from an Australian comedy show were arrested and charged by police in Sydney after their fake Canadian motorcade was waived through the APEC restricted security zone. A comedian dressed as Osama bin Laden was among those arrested. The motorcade stopped and disembarked within meters of the hotel where President Bush is staying.
Considering that the security zone that the APEC conference is setup in has a special set of APEC laws enacted, and the fact that the security is supposed to be extra-super-wicked-neato-special, how in the hell does a comedy crew pull of a social engineering stunt like this?

The news showed video of the three-car motorcade up to the point when it turned around.
