Just curious as to which university you attended (are attending or will attend) and which subject you read (are reading or will read).
I'll kick off. I went to Royal Holloway University of London and read Drama and Theatre Studies.

I went to Liverpool University and did a BSc in Archaeology. I then went to Southampton University and did an MSc in Archaeological Computing.
Looking back I kind of wish I'd read English, but I am still young. Plenty of time for a third degree!

I graduated from Marlboro College in Vermont. The place is set up a tad different than normal where your junior and senior year you work with one, or two, teachers writing a thesis or creating a performance piece, play, movie, artwork, whatever field your Plan of Concentration happens to be.
I ended up studying post-War War II domestic and foreign anti-communism and wrote a thesis using the Peekskill Riots as a locus for exploring post-war anti-communism. Basically, McCarthyism whittled down.

College of New Caledonia (CNC) in British Columbia, Canada - Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.
I also went to BC Institute of Technology (BCIT) for a bit studying eCommerce and University of British Columbia (UBC) studying Web Analytics; but those were both minor stints.

I'm going to Sacramento City (community) college right now, to get an Associates in English. When I finish that, I'll be transfering over to Sacramento State (CSUS) to continue on with an B.A. in English.... something. Don't know if it will be literature or what. I really need to sit down with a councilor.
And no, I don't want to be a teacher. It's the only question I ever get asked about my major, and everyone always assumes the only thing you can do with an English degree is teach.
