Any reason why people are so much discussing about Adidas? What you like/dislike about each brand? Which will be hot in next few months?

Honestly, I'm just crazy about Adidas' "stripes" and their slogan "Impossible is Nothing" - very inspirational!.. I guess this is where the branding and logo took over rationality... What can I do?..
Besides, Adidas is very active at sponsoring events and athletes. So, no wonder people talk a lot about them...
