You're stuck on a desert island and all you can eat is desserts. How do you survive without getting:
a) diabetes
b) malnutrition?
What desserts would you eat to form a balanced diet?

High fiber fruits, nuts, Yogurts.
I don't eat sugar unless it comes built in to a fruit or vegetable (or milk I suppose.)

Ozone's on the right track - some form of fruit and nut cake thing with a fruit and yoghurt side dish.
Doesn't sound that desserty to me though - healthy isn't always the nicest option/!

Sticky toffee pudding.
Oh wait, a) diabetes, b) malnutrition? Erm, yoghurt? Fruit? Honestly, I'd be tempted to throw caution to the wind and gorge on sticky toffee pudding.

c. who cares, you're stranded on an island. Desserts don't keep for long, so you had better eat them while you can.

Bananas splits. Root Beer floats. Fruit parfaits. Fresh fruit. (Hey, you just said desserts, not desserts that would keep well) :)
