I finally after an uphill struggle dinged 70 this evening. Level 69 seemed like a car journey you have when you're a kid and all I felt like crying out was 'are we there yet'. I even lost rest 3/4 of a bar from 70 so you can imagine how painful that very last bit was. Anyways, it's done and finally I can get myself atuned for Kara and join the fun that is going on there. So yay.

Getting attuned for Kara? I'm about 90% sure I'm going the PVP route...I enjoy killing people lol. I haven't been in WoW for a week (last week was Education Week and this week is still very much in the air). I'm carving some serious play time in for the week after.
I know one thing...the speed bump different between 20-60 to 60-70...I slowed down to a crawl. I have to wrap my brain around the fact that those levels are going to take 4+hours per one to advance. No excuse for me not to be 70 yet. The guys from The Instance (podcast and large guild on Earthen Ring) are catching up with me LOL.
Are you getting an flying mount? Girl, when I first took my lock through the portal I saw this green and blue flying whatever and I swear I just stood there looking at the guy for 5 minutes in awe. Scrivs said I sounded like such a noob LMAO.

I'm currently farming and q'ing to get the flying mount. 4hours to do a 60-70 level lol 69 took me 8hours solid q'ing. I've been doing my daily bg and that's been going well. I've not actually done much bg maybe about 3-4 coming up to 70 at various stages for this toon - others I've done more on. I did my first one yesterday and came about 1/2 way in ratings table but this morning popped on before lunch and got 1st rating in warsong daily so incredibly happy considering my gear is not that great - although I did buy one sexy bow when popped 70. I need to make about 400 gold so should in theory by end of this week or weekend have my flying mount ... assuming shiny things don't distract me ;)

Grats, a whole new world at 70 for people that run instances...I guess even BGs as well, but I do recommend hitting up the instances. The 70 ones are some of the best in the game.

Yep planning with guild to do some instances. For now, I'm focusing on getting my flying mount so I can keep up as it's hilarious watching me farting about on me chicken brining up the rear. We're also going through some of the old end game with onyxia and other instances which is really fun. I've got 2 alts want to also work on as one, Om is a res druid who will be better for instances than Karmaic being a hunter.
