Okay, so here's the deal: my nickname after cooking school was "Miss Ginsu," and when I started blogging, naturally, I used my nickname. My birth name is so <i>dull</i> by comparison. (hahaha.)

But anyway, I just got a note from one of the guys who created the Ginsu Knives brand back in the '70s, and he's none too pleased about my little food blogging venture.

Meanwhile, missginsu.com is my domain, missginsu is my gmail address. MissGinsu is my comments name and I'm generally pretty Miss Ginsu-ified.

So I'll probably have to get a new blog name pretty quick. My blog is about food exploration, food adventure, food discovery and food appreciation.
