Are You My Future Husband?

Written by Scrivs on October 26, 2005

When you run a Network of over 85 sites it gets very, very tough to play favorites, but I must confess that of all the members, girlspoke might be my favorite because it is continuously updated and continuously funny. The women over there have put together a wonderful site that gives you a Sex in the City feel applied to blogging and it doesn’t stop with the latest entry by Meme.

Sure it’s just a poll, but it gives you an idea of what to expect from the site because the answers are the ones you would never expect to see in a Future Husband poll. Warning: The site contains strong language because it is geared towards adults and isn’t meant to be “professional” so to speak. It’s meant to be real and raw and that’s exactly what it is.

Scrivs: I’ve been reading girlspoke since they joined the network. Are there going to be enough of them to do a 2006 calendar, do you think?

Loved their Drunkcast last week, BTW!

  2. Marco Says:

I agree 100%. It’s by far my favorite 9rules site as well. It’s amazing how much funny stuff those girls can crank out on a weekly basis ;)

Ok, I admit I somehow missed Girlspoke the first time around. But damn that’s good eats. Funny shit for sure. And the fact that I closed the window when my wife walked in the room — double good.

Any site that can make you feel a bit dirty is a good one in my book.

Yes, very hard to find, that.

  7. Kathy Sierra Says:

I like Gerard’s idea… but why stop just with girlspoke? Why not an official 9rules pinpup calendar? And donate the money to charity. ; )

  8. Anon Says:

You’re right. Those ‘girls’ never cease to amaze me. Gawd, they’re funny! Where do they come up with this stuff? I love the ‘wink, wink’ feeling of their site. Of course, they’ve got to hope their mums never find them . . .

  9. Daniel Nicolas Says:

    damn the reboot is sexy

  10. Patrick Haney Says:

I just found out about girlspoke last week and I’m disappointed I didn’t know about them earlier. Those girls are hilarious (and apparently very horny as well). I’ll be keeping tabs on Lexie and the others.
