I thought I'd start a thread where you post a link to a screenshot of your menubar in OSX and explain what apps you have running there.
It's always interesting when you see people's screenshots when you find apps you never knew about.
Ideally you should post a link to a screenshot and also include links to any/all apps that you are running in the menubar.
Here's mine to start it off, I've posted it onto Flickr and put notes for each icon on the menubar, but I'll list the apps here too:
My menubar apps:
- Twitterific
- Adium
- Salling Clicker
- RSS Menu
- Bluetooth
- iChat
- MenuMeters - Memory usage
- MenuMeters - Processor usage
- Airport connection
- Volume indicator / control
- Battery life indicator
- Day / Time
- Spotlight

Thanks a bunch for that RSS Menu thing. I was tired of having NetNewsWire in my dock.
As for my menu, it's really nothing special:

Ooh I'll keep an eye on this. I haven't figured out how to take screenshots yet, so no pic, but: Quicksilver, Google Reader Notifier, Gmail Notifier, Slife, Adium, Last.fm, Twitter, AirPort, Volume, Battery Meter.

Rich: To take a screenshot, command-shift 3. To take it of only part of the screen, command-shift-4.
To take it of a window, command-shift-4, then Space.

Hey what AudioScrobbler plugin is that? My iScobbler has a "musical note" icon.

The official one from the last.fm website. iScobbler, I believe, is only for syncing music played on iPods?

I love notes like these. They always lead me to so many neat goodies. :)

Having a network monitor is fantastic, couldn't live without it. Handy to see if that flash file or streaming video has stalled or is actually loading. I use netmonitor although menumeters is a good free alternative. Netmonitor can show bits/s or bytes/s which is handy.
The skype button is used as a "is the internet working?" indicator. Green means you're online. Very handy if you're doing network stuff.

Pretty basic over here: adium. quicksilver. twitterific. gcal, gmail, last fm. I like to keep it pretty simple in my menu bar.
